MILKWEED therapy is fee for service and out of network (OON) with all insurance providers. We can provide superbills with all the necessary details required for you to submit directly to your provider for possible reimbursement. You will need to check with your own provider to see if you are eligible for reimbursement by your provider. MILKWEED does not submit directly to your insurance provider.
IN-PERSON therapy
MILKWEED is offering therapy primarily in-person currently. We can use telehealth when there is a sickness or under special circumstances, and needs to be coordinated ahead of the session.

FAMILY therapy and RELATIONAL therapy are only offered in-person currently. While telehealth can be effective for some, there is a significant difference for outcomes when therapy, for more than just an individual, happens in person. Me, your therapist, really tracks all the nuances in body language and changes that is really limited when doing therapy online.

About the SPACE
MILKWEED is located in the Dacota building, which is above the iconic W.A. Frost's restaurant. Street parking, as well as a small lot to the east of the building is available. Enter under door 366, go up to the third floor. The office suites are to your right.
